Our Promise to You:

  1. That all the pieces of your quilt will be cut accurately. Keep in mind that fabric is a "natural" product and as such some tolerance is required. We may not achieve perfection, but we'll be pretty darn close!

  2. That we use only the highest quality fabrics – fabrics you would find in a quality quilt store such as Hoffman, Needlecraft, Kona Bay, Timeless Treasures, Marcus Brothers, RJR, etc., - the list is large.

  3. That our batting is top quality Quilter’s Dream batting.

  4. That our patterns have been carefully written to include complete and easy to understand directions and are quilter-tested.

  5. That we will be here to answer any questions you may have and to help you solve any problems to the best of our ability.

Our Guarantee:

Should any pieces of your quilt kit be cut inaccurately, and render your kit unusable, you may return the entire quilt kit to us for replacement.

Shipping Information:

We ship orders as soon as we are able. Each kit is hand cut, and sometimes that does take a little time. You should expect your kit within 5 to 10 business days. You are welcome to contact us if you have not received your kit within that time frame.

Refunds, Replacements, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Refunds are only given if the kit cannot be assembled and a replacement is not requested. You must notify us in writing within 10 days of receipt of the kit that it is not satisfactory in order to receive either a refund or a replacement. You MUST SEND the entire kit back, in its original condition, to our mailing address in order to receive a refund or replacement.

You may cancel an order within 3 business days of purchase without penalty. Simply write to us and let us know and we'll take care of it from there.

Refunds are issued within 30 days.

Replacement kits will be sent ASAP.
